This structure not only aids in accumulating flight hours but also in developing a broad range of pilot skills.
Long flights concentrate on complex aspects like flight planning and navigation, while short flights focus on refining handling and control. This immersive experience equips hour-building pilots with real-world airline operational skills, paving the way for a seamless transition into their commercial piloting careers
